Condition: Used. This unit is in Fair cosmetic condition, with some scratches, including heavy ones, on the outside. The inside looks clean. There are the usual residues in the lower (mechanical) compartment. A few of the side cover screw holes won't accept/don't have screws.

Notes: This system is in PARTIAL working condition. The software loads automatically, but we don't have a key so it only runs in a "demo" mode. Our technician verified the refrigeration and vacuum systems were in specification by running these manually. Vacuum was better than 10 milliTorr. The condenser frosted up as expected when vacuum was drawn. The refrigerant was replaced with virgin R-508B and R-407C, and levels were adjusted to specification. Both compressors drew current within their rated specifications (4.9 and 8.1 amps). The suction line of the compressors got frosty. He said both door seals should be replaced. The casters roll, but the machine is heavy so it is much easier to push around with two people. No other testing was done.

Items can be returned for any reason within 30 days of delivery.
Buyers must notify Dougdeals in writing within this period to initiate a return.
Returns must be authorized by Dougdeals and include an assigned RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
Authorized returns must be received by Dougdeals within 21 days of return authorization.

Return Shipping and Refunds

If the return is due to seller error (e.g., wrong item sent, defects not described, inauthenticity), DougDeals will cover the return shipping costs and process a complete refund, including the original shipping charges, within two business days of receiving the returned item.
If the return is due to buyer error (e.g., wrong part ordered, compatibility issues, no longer needed, found a better price), the buyer is responsible for:
- Safe return shipping.
- Return shipping costs.
- Any loss or damage during return transit.

Exclusions and Limitations

Replacement or substitute items may be provided at Dougdeals’ discretion instead of a refund.
Returned items must be in the same condition as when sent and include all components.
There is no restocking fee, but Dougdeals reserves the right to deduct costs from refunds for altered or damaged items.
Items returned due to seller error that are found to be accurately described will have return shipping deducted from the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable for orders shipped internationally or to U.S. territories, Alaska, or Hawaii.

Shipping and Responsibility

International and expedited shipping costs, import fees, calibration fees, and testing fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
Any damage occurring during transit via Dougdeals-arranged third-party services or Dougdeals employee delivery must be noted in writing on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery. Failure to do so will result in the buyer assuming responsibility for damage claims.
Dougdeals is not liable for loss or damage during transit via buyer-arranged shipping services.
Customs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and all import-related costs for international shipments are the buyer's responsibility.
