Condition: Used. Comes in non-original packaging. This kit is in good cosmetic condition with only very minor residues from prior use. The original packing list includes 100 splicing tapes ... we counted 97 and the condition of the parts seems to indicate this thing may actually have only been used a couple of times. The case has some shelf-wear especially on the bottom. The foam case insert doesn't match the parts well, so we cut some hard foam pieces to protect the contents better on their way to you. The photos show the exact item(s) the buyer will receive.
Notes: This splicer is in good working condition. There was a remnant of the last splicing tape left in the cutter when we got it, and the blades sliced through very cleanly with light pressure. No other testing was done. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.

30-Day Guarantee
- Items can be returned for any reason within 30 days of delivery.
- Buyers must notify Dougdeals in writing within this period to initiate a return.
- Returns must be authorized by Dougdeals and include an assigned RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- Authorized returns must be received by Dougdeals within 21 days of return authorization.
Return Shipping and Refunds
- If the return is due to seller error (e.g., wrong item sent, defects not described, inauthenticity), DougDeals will cover the return shipping costs and process a complete refund, including the original shipping charges, within two business days of receiving the returned item.
- If the return is due to buyer error (e.g., wrong part ordered, compatibility issues, no longer needed, found a better price), the buyer is responsible for:
- Safe return shipping.
- Return shipping costs.
- Any loss or damage during return transit.
Exclusions and Limitations
- Replacement or substitute items may be provided at Dougdeals’ discretion instead of a refund.
- Returned items must be in the same condition as when sent and include all components.
- There is no restocking fee, but Dougdeals reserves the right to deduct costs from refunds for altered or damaged items.
- Items returned due to seller error that are found to be accurately described will have return shipping deducted from the refund.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable for orders shipped internationally or to U.S. territories, Alaska, or Hawaii.
Shipping and Responsibility
- International and expedited shipping costs, import fees, calibration fees, and testing fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Any damage occurring during transit via Dougdeals-arranged third-party services or Dougdeals employee delivery must be noted in writing on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery. Failure to do so will result in the buyer assuming responsibility for damage claims.
- Dougdeals is not liable for loss or damage during transit via buyer-arranged shipping services.
- Customs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and all import-related costs for international shipments are the buyer's responsibility.
