Condition: Used. Good cosmetics with scratches and wear consistent with normal use. Functions as intended but with ThermAlarm disconnected and not tested. Minimal repair work inside electrical compartment. Refrigeration lower compartment shows dust accumulation and some repair to armorflex insulation. The upper compartment was not opened. Refrigeration pressure gauges appear functional and in rough agreement.

Notes: We ran this in a test of chamber in both humidity and cooling. Cooling performance was:

26C to -17C in 7 minutes,
-24C in 10 minutes,
-39C in 14 minutes,
-50C in 20 minutes,
-57C in 27 minutes,
-60C in 32 minutes,
-64C in 41 minutes,
-73C in 80 minutes.

System pressure at 39C was 300psi/40psi for R508B, 270psi/30psi for R404. We did not perform any maintenance on the cooling system; there were no bubbles observed in the R-404A sight glass at any time during testing. The humidity tank and valve were cleaned so testing could commence. Humidity performance was judged to be to spec although throttling kept ultimate limits from being reached. An adjustment of PID parameters would remedy this. The chamber light works. The ThermAlarm is disconnected; we did not test it but noted a new one was installed. An intermittent power failure to the HMI was repaired. (faulty connection)

30-Day Guarantee

Items can be returned for any reason within 30 days of delivery.
Buyers must notify Dougdeals in writing within this period to initiate a return.
Returns must be authorized by Dougdeals and include an assigned RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
Authorized returns must be received by Dougdeals within 21 days of return authorization.

Return Shipping and Refunds

If the return is due to seller error (e.g., wrong item sent, defects not described, inauthenticity), DougDeals will cover the return shipping costs and process a complete refund, including the original shipping charges, within two business days of receiving the returned item.
If the return is due to buyer error (e.g., wrong part ordered, compatibility issues, no longer needed, found a better price), the buyer is responsible for:
- Safe return shipping.
- Return shipping costs.
- Any loss or damage during return transit.

Exclusions and Limitations

Replacement or substitute items may be provided at Dougdeals’ discretion instead of a refund.
Returned items must be in the same condition as when sent and include all components.
There is no restocking fee, but Dougdeals reserves the right to deduct costs from refunds for altered or damaged items.
Items returned due to seller error that are found to be accurately described will have return shipping deducted from the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable for orders shipped internationally or to U.S. territories, Alaska, or Hawaii.

Shipping and Responsibility

International and expedited shipping costs, import fees, calibration fees, and testing fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
Any damage occurring during transit via Dougdeals-arranged third-party services or Dougdeals employee delivery must be noted in writing on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery. Failure to do so will result in the buyer assuming responsibility for damage claims.
Dougdeals is not liable for loss or damage during transit via buyer-arranged shipping services.
Customs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and all import-related costs for international shipments are the buyer's responsibility.
