Condition: For Parts or Not Working. Comes in non-original packaging. This chiller is in fair cosmetic condition with minor scuffs/scratches/residues from prior use. The feet are hard and cracked. Inside the reservoir looks pretty clean.

Notes: This chiller is in PARTIAL working condition. The biggest problem we found is the flow tapers from a strong output to nearly nothing, over a few minutes of running. Kinking and releasing the hose causes the flow to temporarily increase again. It is able to control temperature, but we found it will sometimes overshoot/undershoot by a couple of degrees, so the control is poor. The liquid ports leak a few drops with no hoses plugged in. Controls respond to user inputs and the setpoint is able to be changed manually. The low liquid level switch does not cause the pump to stop, when the reservoir is empty. No other testing was done.
No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.

Return Authorization

- The return must include an assigned RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- The item must be received within 21 days of return authorization.
Returns received after the 21-day return window will only be returned to the buyer at the buyer’s expense.

- Dougdeals may deduct original and return shipping costs from the refund for items found to be accurately described.

Exclusions and Limitations

Replacement or substitute items may be sent instead of a refund at Dougdeals’ discretion.
Returned items must be in the same condition as when sent and include all components.
Dougdeals reserves the right to deduct costs from refunds for items altered or damaged during shipping.

Shipping and Responsibility

Original shipping costs are non-refundable for orders shipped internationally or to U.S. territories, Alaska, or Hawaii.
Buyers are responsible for:
- International and expedited shipping costs, import fees, calibration fees, and testing fees.
- Any loss or damage during transit for shipments arranged by the buyer.
Damage occurring during transit via Dougdeals-arranged third-party services or Dougdeals employee delivery must be noted in writing on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery.
Failure to note damage voids Dougdeals’ ability to assist with damage claims, and the buyer must seek restitution from the shipping service.
Customs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and all import-related costs for international shipments are the buyer's responsibility.
