Condition: For Parts or Not Working. This machine is in fair cosmetic condition. There are scuffs/scratches/residue from previous uses all over. A couple of spots on the sewing head look like they are missing parts, but we are not sure what may be missing. At least, there is a bolt missing from the input pulley. The thread spool tower does not fit in its base. There is a hinged for a belt cover on top of the table but the belt cover is missing. The machine stand is sturdy front-to-back, but wobbly side-to-side. The laminate on the table has some missing spots. The nonskid tape on the clutch pedal is peeling. The foot-lift pedal is crooked.

Notes: This machine is in PARTIAL working condition. The foot lift pedal lifts the foot. The motor starts and stops using the buttons, running quietly with a faint rubbing noise. The clutch works and drives the drive belt, and turns the sewing head's input pulley ... but the sewing head doesn't run right. It moved, then stopped. We turned the pulley by hand and found we could raise or lower the needle one time, not enough to complete the full cycle, and then the pulley stopped turning the shaft inside the head. We are not sure what is wrong with this unit. No other testing was done.

Return Authorization

- The item must be received within 21 days of return authorization.

Exclusions and Limitations

Replacement or substitute items may be sent instead of a refund at Dougdeals’ discretion.
Returned items must be in the same condition as when sent and include all components.
Dougdeals reserves the right to deduct costs from refunds for items altered or damaged during shipping.

Shipping and Responsibility

Original shipping costs are non-refundable for orders shipped internationally or to U.S. territories, Alaska, or Hawaii.
Buyers are responsible for:
- International and expedited shipping costs, import fees, calibration fees, and testing fees.
- Any loss or damage during transit for shipments arranged by the buyer.
Damage occurring during transit via Dougdeals-arranged third-party services or Dougdeals employee delivery must be noted in writing on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery.
Failure to note damage voids Dougdeals’ ability to assist with damage claims, and the buyer must seek restitution from the shipping service.
Customs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and all import-related costs for international shipments are the buyer's responsibility.
