Condition: Used. This unit is in fair cosmetic condition. There are LOTS of scuffs/scratches and areas of missing paint. There are also a fresh-looking key and motor shaft-end bolt inside, with both caps on the output and the electrical terminal box; we are not sure if this has been used but it looks VERY heavily shelf-worn, so we are billing it as "used". Note the dataplate on the motor says 277/480V, but the tag in the terminal box says 230/460V.

Notes: This gearmotor is in good working condition. We applied 208V and it hummed quietly, turning the output shaft slowly. No other testing was done.

- Items can be returned for any reason within 30 days of delivery.
- Buyers must notify Dougdeals in writing within this period to initiate a return.
- Returns must be authorized by Dougdeals and include an assigned RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- Authorized returns must be received by Dougdeals within 21 days of return authorization.
Return Shipping and Refunds
- If the return is due to seller error (e.g., wrong item sent, defects not described, inauthenticity), DougDeals will cover the return shipping costs and process a complete refund, including the original shipping charges, within two business days of receiving the returned item.
- If the return is due to buyer error (e.g., wrong part ordered, compatibility issues, no longer needed, found a better price), the buyer is responsible for:
- Safe return shipping.

- Any loss or damage during return transit.
Exclusions and Limitations
- Replacement or substitute items may be provided at Dougdeals’ discretion instead of a refund.
