Condition: Used. This filter unit is in Good Cosmetic Condition on the outside with scuffs and scratches from regular Industrial use. This unit came from a Machine Shop where there was a significant amount of oil in the air and environment. The pre-filter as well as the nooks and crannies of the inside show visible dust and dirt but no oil pooling within the unit. There is an intact (but dirty) 3-1/2" prefilter installed in the cleaner as well as the frame of the fine filter, but the fine filter has disintegrated from either general use and/or from the oil that was entering the cleaner over time. The power cord is connected, functional, and in good condition with a HBL2321 20A 250V L-60 20 Plug.
Cosmetic appearance may vary slightly from pictured unit(s).
Notes: We plugged in this filter to power, actuated the fan speed control, and confirmed that the fan ran smoothly and the air was passing from the filter to the exhaust in both low and high modes. No additional testing was performed.

- Items can be returned for any reason within 30 days of delivery.
- Buyers must notify Dougdeals in writing within this period to initiate a return.
- Returns must be authorized by Dougdeals and include an assigned RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- Authorized returns must be received by Dougdeals within 21 days of return authorization.
Return Shipping and Refunds
- If the return is due to seller error (e.g., wrong item sent, defects not described, inauthenticity), DougDeals will cover the return shipping costs and process a complete refund, including the original shipping charges, within two business days of receiving the returned item.
- If the return is due to buyer error (e.g., wrong part ordered, compatibility issues, no longer needed, found a better price), the buyer is responsible for:
- Safe return shipping.
- Return shipping costs.
- Any loss or damage during return transit.
Exclusions and Limitations
- Replacement or substitute items may be provided at Dougdeals’ discretion instead of a refund.
- Returned items must be in the same condition as when sent and include all components.
- There is no restocking fee, but Dougdeals reserves the right to deduct costs from refunds for altered or damaged items.
- Items returned due to seller error that are found to be accurately described will have return shipping deducted from the refund.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable for orders shipped internationally or to U.S. territories, Alaska, or Hawaii.
Shipping and Responsibility
- International and expedited shipping costs, import fees, calibration fees, and testing fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Any damage occurring during transit via Dougdeals-arranged third-party services or Dougdeals employee delivery must be noted in writing on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery. Failure to do so will result in the buyer assuming responsibility for damage claims.
