Condition: Used. Comes in non-original packaging. This balance is in fair cosmetic condition with scuffs/scratches/residues from prior use. The draft hood is missing. There are faint spots on the display that do not affect viewing the readout. The plastic under the display has a small tear. There are yellow paste residues in the nooks and crannies. There are dark solid smears, especially on top and on the stainless panel under the weighing pan. There is a very DIY-looking plate covering the connector and cable where the display plugs into the body of the scale. Please NOTE: the included power supply has a Type C plug commonly used in Europe/Africa/Asia, not a Type A or B plug as used in Canada/USA/Mexico.

Notes: This balance is in good working condition, except that there is a pixel-thick dark line across the bottom of the display. The motorized internal calibration feature works. The display backlight is always-on. The buttons all work. Measurements with our uncalibrated weight set were "close" to what they should be. No other testing was done.

- Items can be returned for any reason within 30 days of delivery.
- To initiate a return, the buyer must notify Dougdeals in writing within this period.
- Dougdeals will cover return shipping costs and process a full refund, including the original shipping charges, within two business days of receiving the returned item.
Return Authorization Requirements
- Returns must be authorized by Dougdeals and include an assigned RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- Dougdeals will arrange return shipping and provide a return label to the buyer.
- Authorized returns must be received by Dougdeals within 21 days of authorization.
Exclusions and Limitations

Shipping and Responsibility

- Damages occurring during transit via Dougdeals-arranged third-party services or Dougdeals employee delivery must be noted in writing on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery. Failure to do so will result in the buyer assuming responsibility for damage claims.
