Condition: Used. This lot is in fair cosmetic condition with minor scuffs/scratches from prior use. There is some hardened residue on the door and the removable shelf.

Please NOTE! The oil must be drained from this pump for shipping and you will need to provide fresh oil before returning this lot to service.

Notes: This lot is in good working condition, except that the vacuum gauge on the cabinet sticks a little sometimes on its way down, and the pump doesn't quite make its ultimate pressure rating. We used our own digital gauge and Tee fitting (shown, not included) to verify the pump works, and to double-check the indication on your included vacuum gauge. The vacuum got down to 392 mTorr fully assembled. We attached our gauge directly to the pump hose and got the same result, then bypassed the inlet trap and saw pressure in the 240 mTorr range. This will probably improve when you charge the pump with fresh oil. The door opens, closes and latches easily, and the 3-way valve works well. The Vent setting on the valve gives a slow pressure rise, preventing a large inrush of air to your chamber. No other testing was done.

Items can be returned for any reason within 30 days of delivery.
Buyers must notify Dougdeals in writing within this period to initiate a return.
Returns must be authorized by Dougdeals and include an assigned RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
Authorized returns must be received by Dougdeals within 21 days of return authorization.

Return Shipping and Refunds

If the return is due to seller error (e.g., wrong item sent, defects not described, inauthenticity), DougDeals will cover the return shipping costs and process a complete refund, including the original shipping charges, within two business days of receiving the returned item.
If the return is due to buyer error (e.g., wrong part ordered, compatibility issues, no longer needed, found a better price), the buyer is responsible for:
- Safe return shipping.
- Return shipping costs.
- Any loss or damage during return transit.

Exclusions and Limitations

Replacement or substitute items may be provided at Dougdeals’ discretion instead of a refund.
Returned items must be in the same condition as when sent and include all components.
There is no restocking fee, but Dougdeals reserves the right to deduct costs from refunds for altered or damaged items.
Items returned due to seller error that are found to be accurately described will have return shipping deducted from the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable for orders shipped internationally or to U.S. territories, Alaska, or Hawaii.

Shipping and Responsibility

International and expedited shipping costs, import fees, calibration fees, and testing fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
Any damage occurring during transit via Dougdeals-arranged third-party services or Dougdeals employee delivery must be noted in writing on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery. Failure to do so will result in the buyer assuming responsibility for damage claims.
Dougdeals is not liable for loss or damage during transit via buyer-arranged shipping services.
Customs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and all import-related costs for international shipments are the buyer's responsibility.
