Condition: For Parts or Not Working. Comes in non-original packaging. These are in fair cosmetic condition, with various blemishes from prior use. The units you receive may have heavy deposits inside and out, scuffs/scratches/dings in the brass outside, flat or crusty o-rings, a rusty ball or two, water deposits outside, or other similar blemishes from industrial use.
Cosmetic appearance may vary slightly from pictured unit(s).
Notes: These are in at-least-partial working condition. We are offering these for parts because they will all need at least minor refurbishment. At the very least, all the locking collars can be moved by hand (though some collars stick/hang up during motion) and the balls are all free (though some balls don't move when the collar is back and the coupler is tilted.) All the internal valve plungers can be depressed by the tip of a marker poked into the coupler. No other testing was done.
No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.

Return Authorization

- The return must include an assigned RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- The item must be received within 21 days of return authorization.
- Returns received after the 21-day return window will only be returned to the buyer at the buyer’s expense.
Return Requests

- Dougdeals may deduct original and return shipping costs from the refund for items found to be accurately described.
- Additional deductions may be applied to cover labor costs for processing returns.
- Buyer Error: Examples include wrong part ordered, compatibility issues, no longer needed, or found a better price.
- No returns are accepted for buyer error.
Exclusions and Limitations
- Replacement or substitute items may be sent instead of a refund at Dougdeals’ discretion.
- Returned items must be in the same condition as when sent and include all components.
- Dougdeals reserves the right to deduct costs from refunds for items altered or damaged during shipping.
Shipping and Responsibility
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable for orders shipped internationally or to U.S. territories, Alaska, or Hawaii.
- Buyers are responsible for:
- International and expedited shipping costs, import fees, calibration fees, and testing fees.
- Any loss or damage during transit for shipments arranged by the buyer.
- Damage occurring during transit via Dougdeals-arranged third-party services or Dougdeals employee delivery must be noted in writing on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery.
- Failure to note damage voids Dougdeals’ ability to assist with damage claims, and the buyer must seek restitution from the shipping service.
- Customs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and all import-related costs for international shipments are the buyer's responsibility.
