Condition: For Parts or Not Working. This lot is in fair cosmetic condition. The tester has several rusty bolts on the outside, as well as heavy scuffs/scratches and white spots of residue that look like something was splashed on the outside and the display. The gas ports look clean inside, but this has not been stored in a "clean" environment. The case has travel-wear, and one of the wheels is falling apart. We do not have keys for the latches on the case.

Notes: This detector is in PARTIAL working condition. The touchscreen works. There is an intermittent horizontal blank line across the display near the bottom, and sometimes vertical dark lines as well. When we first turned this on, it would not finish warming up, but instead gave a Vacuum Subsystem Fault. We told it to try again a couple times and it gave us a LEAK TEST button onscreen. There is a vibration from likely the rough vacuum pump inside, and it sounds like a little turbopump is spinning in there as well. There is a sound like a fan that is not running quietly inside, when the vacuum system is off. We verified that the tester draws vacuum on both ports, but not a very hard vacuum (about 390 millitorr). We have a very old helium leak source, and when this was connected to the test port, the He reading increased; but our leak is uncalibrated and this detector is uncalibrated, so we have no way to be sure the readings are realistic. The case handle extends when pulled and stays extended until pressed back into the case. The detachable display does not latch in position and can fall off if the unit is held upside-down. No other testing was done. This is being sold AS-IS.
