Condition: Used. Comes in non-original packaging. This lot is in fair cosmetic condition with minor blemishes from prior use. There are heavy scratches on the sides and bottom of the signal conditioner's metal enclosure. The black printing on one side of the transducer is faded (it came off as we were cleaning with isopropanol, oopsy!). Inside the sensor tube looks clean, but this unit was not stored in a "clean" environment. The gas fitting appears to be in good condition. The photos show the exact item(s) the buyer will receive.

Notes: This gauge is in good working condition, but you may want to have the calibration checked before putting it into service. It gave readings close to our (uncalibrated) vacuum gauge as shown in photos, from about 1 Torr to zero millitorr. The body of the transducer became warm during our testing, and the HTR IN CTRL light was solid green. The "output below pressure" relays tripped at various set points.

Photo #4 shows our initial testing sequence: With a fitting loose so the pressure would fall slowly as we adjusted it, we observed a reading of (overrange) on the display for the MKS readout, as our gauge read over 1 Torr. About 1 Torr, both gauges gave similar readings, which continued all the way down, with only slight offset (shown about 200 mTorr). At "zero" pressure, our gauge read 00.0 mTorr and this Baratron read about 11 mTorr. We set up again with the baratron being pulled on directly by our pump (see photo #3) and found the zero pressure indication is able to be adjusted in both directions including well below zero, using the ZERO adjustment on the Signal Conditioner. We let the pressure rise slowly after vacuum tests, and the Trip Point 1 light went out over 300 mTorr. We pulled the gauge off the vacuum setup and Trip Point 2 Below went out, so both relays work. No other testing was done. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.

Items can be returned for any reason within 30 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, the buyer must notify Dougdeals in writing within this period.

Return Authorization Requirements

Returns must be authorized by Dougdeals and include an assigned RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
Dougdeals will arrange return shipping and provide a return label to the buyer.
Authorized returns must be received by Dougdeals within 21 days of authorization.

Exclusions and Limitations

Dougdeals may provide a replacement or substitute item instead of a refund at its discretion.
Returned items must be in the same condition as when sent and include all components.

Shipping and Responsibility

Buyers are responsible for international and expedited shipping costs, import fees, calibration, and testing fees.
Damages occurring during transit via Dougdeals-arranged third-party services or Dougdeals employee delivery must be noted in writing on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery. Failure to do so will result in the buyer assuming responsibility for damage claims.
Dougdeals is not liable for loss or damage during transit via buyer-arranged shipping services.
Customs, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees for international shipments are the buyer's responsibility.
