Condition: Used. This oven is in good cosmetic condition with only minor blemishes from prior use. The inside is slightly discolored. Please NOTE: This model has no USB port (there is a blank hole where the USB port would be), and the Ethernet port is in the back.

Notes: This oven is in good working condition. We verified it will hold set temperatures, and the touch screen, knob, and variable vent and fan settings work. The fan makes different kinds of grumbling noises at different speeds, but we think this is from the controller (the noise changes when changing fan speed settings, long before the fan speed changes). In our cold warehouse, with the rear hole wide open, the damper at 100% open, and the fan at 100%, the temperature reached 250º easily but struggled to get over 278º. When we half-closed the hole, damper, and turned the fan down to 50%, the oven was able to reach maximum temperature even in the cold ambient warehouse. No other testing was done.

- Items can be returned for any reason within 30 days of delivery.
- Buyers must notify Dougdeals in writing within this period to initiate a return.
- Returns must be authorized by Dougdeals and include an assigned RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- Authorized returns must be received by Dougdeals within 21 days of return authorization.
Return Shipping and Refunds
- If the return is due to seller error (e.g., wrong item sent, defects not described, inauthenticity), DougDeals will cover the return shipping costs and process a complete refund, including the original shipping charges, within two business days of receiving the returned item.
- If the return is due to buyer error (e.g., wrong part ordered, compatibility issues, no longer needed, found a better price), the buyer is responsible for:
- Safe return shipping.
- Return shipping costs.
- Any loss or damage during return transit.
Exclusions and Limitations
- Replacement or substitute items may be provided at Dougdeals’ discretion instead of a refund.
- Returned items must be in the same condition as when sent and include all components.
- There is no restocking fee, but Dougdeals reserves the right to deduct costs from refunds for altered or damaged items.
- Items returned due to seller error that are found to be accurately described will have return shipping deducted from the refund.

Shipping and Responsibility
- International and expedited shipping costs, import fees, calibration fees, and testing fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Any damage occurring during transit via Dougdeals-arranged third-party services or Dougdeals employee delivery must be noted in writing on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery. Failure to do so will result in the buyer assuming responsibility for damage claims.
