Condition: For Parts or Not Working. These systems are in fair cosmetic condition. The hoses are very dirty on some, and that is how dirty the entire units were when we got them; they were apparently stored out of doors. We expect the insides would be dirty as well.
The photos show the exact item(s) the buyer will receive.
Notes: This lot is in PARTIAL working condition. The touch screens all respond to touch inputs but one only responds to heavy presses. Two of them heat but don't cool, and their compressors and fans can be heard running. Two units give no sounds from fans or compressors: One says Fault-cold side and never finishes warming up/initializing. The other gave a crunch noise and then said Fault-fan. We are not sure what-all may be wrong with these units. They are being sold in a lot of four systems for one money, AS-IS.

Warranty Information
Final Sale – No Returns
- Products listed as "No Returns" are sold as-is, with no guarantee of functional status.

Return Authorization
- If a return is requested due to seller error, Dougdeals reserves the right to accept or deny the return.

- If a return is accepted:
- The return must include an assigned RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- The item must be received within 21 days of return authorization.

Return Requests

Exclusions and Limitations
- Replacement or substitute items may be sent instead of a refund at Dougdeals’ discretion.
- Returned items must be in the same condition as when sent and include all components.
- Dougdeals reserves the right to deduct costs from refunds for items altered or damaged during shipping.
Shipping and Responsibility
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable for orders shipped internationally or to U.S. territories, Alaska, or Hawaii.
- Buyers are responsible for:
- International and expedited shipping costs, import fees, calibration fees, and testing fees.
- Any loss or damage during transit for shipments arranged by the buyer.
- Damage occurring during transit via Dougdeals-arranged third-party services or Dougdeals employee delivery must be noted in writing on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery.
- Failure to note damage voids Dougdeals’ ability to assist with damage claims, and the buyer must seek restitution from the shipping service.
- Customs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and all import-related costs for international shipments are the buyer's responsibility.
