Condition: Used. Comes in non-original packaging. This supply is in fair cosmetic condition, with scuffs and scratches top and bottom, and minor stains on the top. There are dark dust marks inside the vents, but that's only a left-over; we opened the top and blew out a lot of dust. There are minor dings on the top/bottom edges of the front panel plastic. The right side has some old tape adhesive residue.

Notes: This supply is in good working condition as far as we can test. We don't have a load that could sink 3.3kW, but we verified it can give 55A (with a bolted short), and give current at high voltage as well (limited to 9A by our load). The displays are bright and easy to read. The Voltage and Current adjustments both work. We noticed that at minimal voltage setting it gives a small voltage output, but controls at 50mV and above. We saw that at maximum voltage setting, it only gives 59.47V which is apparently a common issue with these. The output goes to 0V when the OUT OFF button is pressed. The fans run, and speed up as power output increases. No other testing was done.

30-Day Guarantee
- Items can be returned for any reason within 30 days of delivery.
- Buyers must notify Dougdeals in writing within this period to initiate a return.
- Returns must be authorized by Dougdeals and include an assigned RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- Authorized returns must be received by Dougdeals within 21 days of return authorization.
Return Shipping and Refunds
- If the return is due to seller error (e.g., wrong item sent, defects not described, inauthenticity), DougDeals will cover the return shipping costs and process a complete refund, including the original shipping charges, within two business days of receiving the returned item.
- If the return is due to buyer error (e.g., wrong part ordered, compatibility issues, no longer needed, found a better price), the buyer is responsible for:

Exclusions and Limitations
