Condition: For Parts or Not Working. This system is in Fair cosmetic condition with lots of minor blemishes from prior use. There is some dust from storage on everything, as well as lots of scuffs/scratches, and the boxes for everything are badly shelf-worn and faded/stained. We pulled out a couple of test adapter boards and found the ones with foam in their boxes have some green corrosion on the contact points. The computer is missing its front panel and has no keyboard or monitor (we used our own keyboard and monitor for testing). There is a crack on the top edge of the sliding door. The photos show the exact item(s) the buyer will receive.

Notes: This system is in PARTIAL working condition. The computer boots into Windows 95 and you can press "cancel" to get past the login password prompt. The Keytek software loads and is able to communicate with the tester, but we were not able to get it to recognize an installed test board. The lock/unlock button on the tester causes the fixture to be pulled down into the machine, but only sometimes will set a green "LOCK" light. When it doesn't, a gentle press on the test fixture causes the light to come on. We are not sure what program is for use with which fixture and the system didn't recognize when a fixture was installed anyway, so we were not able to do any further testing. Looking at the timestamps on files, it seems the last time this system was used was around 2014. The CMOS battery in the computer is dead so the date/time settings are wrong. No other testing was done.

Final Sale – No Returns

Products listed as "No Returns" are sold as-is, with no guarantee of functional status.

Return Authorization

If a return is requested due to seller error, Dougdeals reserves the right to accept or deny the return.
Unauthorized returns of “as-is” products will be made available for return to the buyer at the buyer’s expense.
If a return is accepted:
- The return must include an assigned RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- The item must be received within 21 days of return authorization.
Returns received after the 21-day return window will only be returned to the buyer at the buyer’s expense.

Return Requests

Seller Error: Examples include wrong product sent or inauthenticity.
- Dougdeals may deduct original and return shipping costs from the refund for items found to be accurately described.
- Additional deductions may be applied to cover labor costs for processing returns.
Buyer Error: Examples include wrong part ordered, compatibility issues, no longer needed, or found a better price.
- No returns are accepted for buyer error.

Exclusions and Limitations

Replacement or substitute items may be sent instead of a refund at Dougdeals’ discretion.
Returned items must be in the same condition as when sent and include all components.
Dougdeals reserves the right to deduct costs from refunds for items altered or damaged during shipping.

Shipping and Responsibility

Original shipping costs are non-refundable for orders shipped internationally or to U.S. territories, Alaska, or Hawaii.
Buyers are responsible for:
- International and expedited shipping costs, import fees, calibration fees, and testing fees.
- Any loss or damage during transit for shipments arranged by the buyer.
Damage occurring during transit via Dougdeals-arranged third-party services or Dougdeals employee delivery must be noted in writing on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery.
Failure to note damage voids Dougdeals’ ability to assist with damage claims, and the buyer must seek restitution from the shipping service.
Customs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and all import-related costs for international shipments are the buyer's responsibility.
