Condition: Used. This floor scrubber is in fair condition with scuffs and scratches with heavy signs of use. It has been wiped down on the outside for pictures, but the interior and water lines have not been cleaned. The photos show the exact item(s) the buyer will receive.
Notes: After fully charging the batteries, they read about 70% charged on the display. This floor scrubber was tested for about an hour in our warehouse and everything seemed to work OK. After testing, the battery was reading around 40% charged. , it was received by us with the previous owner noting that the water pump works intermittently. We did not experience the water pump failure while testing, but we do not doubt the information we received. As such, this is being sold AS/IS. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.

Warranty Information
30-Day Guarantee
- Items can be returned for any reason within 30 days of delivery.
- Buyers must notify Dougdeals in writing within this period to initiate a return.
- Returns must be authorized by Dougdeals and include an assigned RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- Authorized returns must be received by Dougdeals within 21 days of return authorization.
Return Shipping and Refunds
- If the return is due to seller error (e.g., wrong item sent, defects not described, inauthenticity), DougDeals will cover the return shipping costs and process a complete refund, including the original shipping charges, within two business days of receiving the returned item.
- If the return is due to buyer error (e.g., wrong part ordered, compatibility issues, no longer needed, found a better price), the buyer is responsible for:
- Safe return shipping.
- Return shipping costs.
- Any loss or damage during return transit.
Exclusions and Limitations
- Replacement or substitute items may be provided at Dougdeals’ discretion instead of a refund.
- Returned items must be in the same condition as when sent and include all components.
- There is no restocking fee, but Dougdeals reserves the right to deduct costs from refunds for altered or damaged items.
- Items returned due to seller error that are found to be accurately described will have return shipping deducted from the refund.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable for orders shipped internationally or to U.S. territories, Alaska, or Hawaii.
Shipping and Responsibility
- International and expedited shipping costs, import fees, calibration fees, and testing fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Any damage occurring during transit via Dougdeals-arranged third-party services or Dougdeals employee delivery must be noted in writing on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery. Failure to do so will result in the buyer assuming responsibility for damage claims.
- Dougdeals is not liable for loss or damage during transit via buyer-arranged shipping services.
- Customs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and all import-related costs for international shipments are the buyer's responsibility.
