Condition: Used. This system is in fair cosmetic condition. The sewing machine itself looks barely-used, with no wear evident on the working area. The previous owner told us they ran about 100 feet of cloth through this, then decided to not use the system. The bottom of the conveyor belt is in very pretty condition. The top of the conveyor belt and the bottom shelf look like they then used the system as a storage platform. There are minor scuffs all over the top of the belt. Both ends of the belt have thin steel parts that are bent up. They put a piece of tape to hold the keder guillotine cover, which does not sit properly otherwise. They put some yellow tape on the corner of the frame where the machine sits, and some remnants of this are still there. There is one 4-pin connector under the machine that has no obvious mate; we are not sure where this goes.

Notes: We are not experts in the use of this equipment, but we were able to connect the conveyor to the sewing machine and turn everything on. The displays shown came onscreen, and the servo motors for the conveyor started a quiet high-pitched noise. No other testing was performed by us.

Warranty Information

30-Day Guarantee

Items can be returned for any reason within 30 days of delivery.
Buyers must notify Dougdeals in writing within this period to initiate a return.
Returns must be authorized by Dougdeals and include an assigned RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
Authorized returns must be received by Dougdeals within 21 days of return authorization.

Return Shipping and Refunds

If the return is due to seller error (e.g., wrong item sent, defects not described, inauthenticity), DougDeals will cover the return shipping costs and process a complete refund, including the original shipping charges, within two business days of receiving the returned item.
If the return is due to buyer error (e.g., wrong part ordered, compatibility issues, no longer needed, found a better price), the buyer is responsible for:
- Safe return shipping.
- Return shipping costs.
- Any loss or damage during return transit.

Exclusions and Limitations

Replacement or substitute items may be provided at Dougdeals’ discretion instead of a refund.
Returned items must be in the same condition as when sent and include all components.
There is no restocking fee, but Dougdeals reserves the right to deduct costs from refunds for altered or damaged items.
Items returned due to seller error that are found to be accurately described will have return shipping deducted from the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable for orders shipped internationally or to U.S. territories, Alaska, or Hawaii.

Shipping and Responsibility

International and expedited shipping costs, import fees, calibration fees, and testing fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
Any damage occurring during transit via Dougdeals-arranged third-party services or Dougdeals employee delivery must be noted in writing on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery. Failure to do so will result in the buyer assuming responsibility for damage claims.
Dougdeals is not liable for loss or damage during transit via buyer-arranged shipping services.
Customs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and all import-related costs for international shipments are the buyer's responsibility.
