Condition: For Parts or Not Working. This chamber is in Fair cosmetic condition. There are minor scuffs/scratches and some adhesive label residues on the stainless, and the paint outside has lots of small spots of corrosion and a few heavy scratches, but nothing that will affect function. The rear top panel does not fit well, with a gap across the bottom. The mount for the capacitor on the compressor is broken, so the capacitor sits on top of the chamber loose. One of the wheels has its soft tire missing, so the chamber rocks slightly when pushed. This is being sold AS/IS. Note: We do not have the key for the door lock.

Notes: This chamber is in PARTIAL working condition. We were able to run it all the way to the maximum high temperature and humidity, with condensation running down the door. We set minimum temperature and humidity, and it cooled 10º but the humidity only lowered slightly. We found in later testing that it is able to increase the humidity, but NOT able to decrease humidity. After the chamber had come to ambient temperature for a few hours, there was still a large area of condensation inside the door window. The fan and refrigeration run relatively quietly. The door closes very securely, to the point of being hard to open. No other testing was done. We are not sure what-all may be wrong with this chamber, but we think the (expensive) humidity sensor may be faulty. This is being sold AS/IS.

Return Authorization

If a return is requested due to seller error, Dougdeals reserves the right to accept or deny the return.
Unauthorized returns of “as-is” products will be made available for return to the buyer at the buyer’s expense.
If a return is accepted:
- The return must include an assigned RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- The item must be received within 21 days of return authorization.
Returns received after the 21-day return window will only be returned to the buyer at the buyer’s expense.

Return Requests

Seller Error: Examples include wrong product sent or inauthenticity.
- Dougdeals may deduct original and return shipping costs from the refund for items found to be accurately described.
- Additional deductions may be applied to cover labor costs for processing returns.

Exclusions and Limitations

Replacement or substitute items may be sent instead of a refund at Dougdeals’ discretion.
Returned items must be in the same condition as when sent and include all components.
Dougdeals reserves the right to deduct costs from refunds for items altered or damaged during shipping.

Shipping and Responsibility

Original shipping costs are non-refundable for orders shipped internationally or to U.S. territories, Alaska, or Hawaii.
Buyers are responsible for:
- International and expedited shipping costs, import fees, calibration fees, and testing fees.
- Any loss or damage during transit for shipments arranged by the buyer.
Damage occurring during transit via Dougdeals-arranged third-party services or Dougdeals employee delivery must be noted in writing on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery.
Failure to note damage voids Dougdeals’ ability to assist with damage claims, and the buyer must seek restitution from the shipping service.
Customs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and all import-related costs for international shipments are the buyer's responsibility.
