Condition: Used. This system is in Good cosmetic condition with one standout blemish: the inlet fitting panel has broken plastic fasteners that used to hold it to the side of the case. Notes that came to us with this unit indicate that it was installed in 2016, serviced at least once by an authorized agent, and removed from use because it was replaced in 2017. The photos show the exact item(s) the buyer will receive.
Notes: This system is in Good working condition but needs all the consumables replaced. It managed to get almost a full reservoir of clean water, but then the resistivity wouldn't go down any more; the system sat for hours and made gurgling/moving water noises and it couldn't make any more pure water. The consumables seem to be completely used up. The backlit screen is bright and easy to read. Buttons respond to being pressed. No other testing was done. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.

30-Day Guarantee
- Items can be returned for any reason within 30 days of delivery.
- Buyers must notify Dougdeals in writing within this period to initiate a return.
- Returns must be authorized by Dougdeals and include an assigned RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- Authorized returns must be received by Dougdeals within 21 days of return authorization.
Return Shipping and Refunds
- If the return is due to seller error (e.g., wrong item sent, defects not described, inauthenticity), DougDeals will cover the return shipping costs and process a complete refund, including the original shipping charges, within two business days of receiving the returned item.
- If the return is due to buyer error (e.g., wrong part ordered, compatibility issues, no longer needed, found a better price), the buyer is responsible for:
- Safe return shipping.
- Return shipping costs.
- Any loss or damage during return transit.
Exclusions and Limitations
- Replacement or substitute items may be provided at Dougdeals’ discretion instead of a refund.
- Returned items must be in the same condition as when sent and include all components.
- There is no restocking fee, but Dougdeals reserves the right to deduct costs from refunds for altered or damaged items.
- Items returned due to seller error that are found to be accurately described will have return shipping deducted from the refund.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable for orders shipped internationally or to U.S. territories, Alaska, or Hawaii.
Shipping and Responsibility
- International and expedited shipping costs, import fees, calibration fees, and testing fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Any damage occurring during transit via Dougdeals-arranged third-party services or Dougdeals employee delivery must be noted in writing on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery. Failure to do so will result in the buyer assuming responsibility for damage claims.
