Condition: Used. This lift is in fair cosmetic condition with lots of brown stains from the previous users having brown (we think) polyurethane residue on their hands and getting it ALL over the machine. The casters are dirty, and there are scuffs/scratches/dusty residues here-and-there all over. There is no shoe under the foot-brake mechanism, so this lift just rolls around easily at all times.
Please NOTE: This unit requires two 12V 35AH batteries, and these are NOT included.

Notes: This lift is in good working condition with two caveats: It needs batteries, and sometimes you have to press the switch the "other" way to get it to move (e.g. bump the "down" direction so "up" will work. Otherwise the contactor inside will just chatter. During brief testing with little baby batteries, we were able to raise and lower the handler without problems. The horn works. The brake does NOT work. No other testing was done.

Warranty Information
30-Day Guarantee
- Items can be returned for any reason within 30 days of delivery.
- Buyers must notify Dougdeals in writing within this period to initiate a return.
- Returns must be authorized by Dougdeals and include an assigned RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- Authorized returns must be received by Dougdeals within 21 days of return authorization.
Return Shipping and Refunds
- If the return is due to seller error (e.g., wrong item sent, defects not described, inauthenticity), DougDeals will cover the return shipping costs and process a complete refund, including the original shipping charges, within two business days of receiving the returned item.
- If the return is due to buyer error (e.g., wrong part ordered, compatibility issues, no longer needed, found a better price), the buyer is responsible for:
- Safe return shipping.
- Return shipping costs.
- Any loss or damage during return transit.
Exclusions and Limitations
- Replacement or substitute items may be provided at Dougdeals’ discretion instead of a refund.
- Returned items must be in the same condition as when sent and include all components.
- There is no restocking fee, but Dougdeals reserves the right to deduct costs from refunds for altered or damaged items.
- Items returned due to seller error that are found to be accurately described will have return shipping deducted from the refund.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable for orders shipped internationally or to U.S. territories, Alaska, or Hawaii.
Shipping and Responsibility
- International and expedited shipping costs, import fees, calibration fees, and testing fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Any damage occurring during transit via Dougdeals-arranged third-party services or Dougdeals employee delivery must be noted in writing on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery. Failure to do so will result in the buyer assuming responsibility for damage claims.
- Dougdeals is not liable for loss or damage during transit via buyer-arranged shipping services.
- Customs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and all import-related costs for international shipments are the buyer's responsibility.
