Condition: Used. This saw is old and used and it shows, but most of it is only patina and residues from use. The mechanical compartment shows lots of excess oil residue. The blade welder has been removed. A 120V convenience outlet has been bodged onto the back. The belts look old. Probably everything that requires periodic maintenance or lubrication is due or overdue. Most of the gravity feed fixturing for the table is missing, but the remaining chain and hook brackets are useful with the jaw assemblies, when used with due care.

Notes: This saw is in mostly-working condition. We could not figure out how to get the 2-speed transmission into high gear, but the variable speed transmission works well. The motor runs quietly, and the blade tracked well through a long series of test cuts. The blade brush did a surprisingly good job keeping the top wheelhouse clean. The gravity feed and its weight adjustment work well. The stop/start motor controller works. The mechanism to raise and lower the post also works. The work light didn't illuminate; we are not sure why. The speed indicator measured only as high as 275 FPM at the highest speed on the variable speed adjustment. No other testing was done.

Items can be returned for any reason within 30 days of delivery.
Buyers must notify Dougdeals in writing within this period to initiate a return.
Returns must be authorized by Dougdeals and include an assigned RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
Authorized returns must be received by Dougdeals within 21 days of return authorization.

Return Shipping and Refunds

If the return is due to seller error (e.g., wrong item sent, defects not described, inauthenticity), DougDeals will cover the return shipping costs and process a complete refund, including the original shipping charges, within two business days of receiving the returned item.
If the return is due to buyer error (e.g., wrong part ordered, compatibility issues, no longer needed, found a better price), the buyer is responsible for:
- Safe return shipping.
- Return shipping costs.
- Any loss or damage during return transit.

Exclusions and Limitations

Replacement or substitute items may be provided at Dougdeals’ discretion instead of a refund.
Returned items must be in the same condition as when sent and include all components.
There is no restocking fee, but Dougdeals reserves the right to deduct costs from refunds for altered or damaged items.
Items returned due to seller error that are found to be accurately described will have return shipping deducted from the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable for orders shipped internationally or to U.S. territories, Alaska, or Hawaii.

Shipping and Responsibility

International and expedited shipping costs, import fees, calibration fees, and testing fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
Any damage occurring during transit via Dougdeals-arranged third-party services or Dougdeals employee delivery must be noted in writing on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery. Failure to do so will result in the buyer assuming responsibility for damage claims.
Dougdeals is not liable for loss or damage during transit via buyer-arranged shipping services.
Customs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and all import-related costs for international shipments are the buyer's responsibility.
