Condition: Used. Comes in non-original packaging. This furnace is in Good cosmetic condition. Outside it looks pretty nice except where there is some label residue on the door. Inside there are only a few minor scuff marks. The left heater panel is missing some adhesive on the top, and the right heater panel is completely un-glued from the side of the oven. The prior owner put a line of permanent marker on the knob and scale, showing where they wanted the temperature to be set.

Notes: This kiln is in Good working condition, except that at low temperature the meter seems a little off. We set 300º and it heated, eventually controlling temperature (we could hear it hum and quiet as it applied power/removed power to hold the temperature) and the meter was showing about 180º. When we set 1100, the meter showed about 1100 as shown. The "Caution hot surface" label that was on the front door started melting and got ugly, so we removed it. The inside was glowing bright orange/yellow at that temperature. The port on top showed yellow also. We noted the spring-loaded door insulation rubs on the corner of the top when the door is opened/closed and it makes a small amount of white dust each time. The power switch glows green when the oven is on. No other testing was done.

30-Day Guarantee

Items can be returned for any reason within 30 days of delivery.
Buyers must notify Dougdeals in writing within this period to initiate a return.
Returns must be authorized by Dougdeals and include an assigned RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
Authorized returns must be received by Dougdeals within 21 days of return authorization.

Return Shipping and Refunds

If the return is due to seller error (e.g., wrong item sent, defects not described, inauthenticity), DougDeals will cover the return shipping costs and process a complete refund, including the original shipping charges, within two business days of receiving the returned item.
If the return is due to buyer error (e.g., wrong part ordered, compatibility issues, no longer needed, found a better price), the buyer is responsible for:
- Safe return shipping.
- Return shipping costs.
- Any loss or damage during return transit.

Exclusions and Limitations

Replacement or substitute items may be provided at Dougdeals’ discretion instead of a refund.
Returned items must be in the same condition as when sent and include all components.
There is no restocking fee, but Dougdeals reserves the right to deduct costs from refunds for altered or damaged items.
Items returned due to seller error that are found to be accurately described will have return shipping deducted from the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable for orders shipped internationally or to U.S. territories, Alaska, or Hawaii.

Shipping and Responsibility

International and expedited shipping costs, import fees, calibration fees, and testing fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
Any damage occurring during transit via Dougdeals-arranged third-party services or Dougdeals employee delivery must be noted in writing on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery. Failure to do so will result in the buyer assuming responsibility for damage claims.
Dougdeals is not liable for loss or damage during transit via buyer-arranged shipping services.
Customs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and all import-related costs for international shipments are the buyer's responsibility.
