Condition: For Parts or Not Working. Comes in non-original packaging. These counters are in fair cosmetic condition with lots of minor blemishes from prior use. One has a missing switch selector thingy on the side. All the foam on the reel holders is degraded/falling apart. One metal groove to keep the tape feeding straight under a sensor wheel is missing. One bolt to hold on a sensor wheel is missing. The bases of the reel stands have missing feet. There are large areas of missing paint on the bases.

Notes: These counters are in PARTIAL working condition. Both power on. The one with the sensor wheel attached, won't count. It indicates direction of motion, but won't count numbers up or down. The other unit, when the wheel is manually inserted into the sensing slot and rotated, will count. We tried using the bolt on the other sensing wheel to make one good unit, and the wheel bound hard in its slot and won't turn at all. One has a red switch on the side that spins/wobbles instead of only moving up/down. A power switch is faulty and must be held down to keep the unit on. No other testing was done.

Warranty Information
Final Sale – No Returns
- Products listed as "No Returns" are sold as-is, with no guarantee of functional status.

Return Authorization
- If a return is requested due to seller error, Dougdeals reserves the right to accept or deny the return.
- Unauthorized returns of “as-is” products will be made available for return to the buyer at the buyer’s expense.
- If a return is accepted:
- The return must include an assigned RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- The item must be received within 21 days of return authorization.
- Returns received after the 21-day return window will only be returned to the buyer at the buyer’s expense.
Return Requests
- Seller Error: Examples include wrong product sent or inauthenticity.
- Dougdeals may deduct original and return shipping costs from the refund for items found to be accurately described.
- Additional deductions may be applied to cover labor costs for processing returns.
- Buyer Error: Examples include wrong part ordered, compatibility issues, no longer needed, or found a better price.
- No returns are accepted for buyer error.
Exclusions and Limitations
- Replacement or substitute items may be sent instead of a refund at Dougdeals’ discretion.
- Returned items must be in the same condition as when sent and include all components.
- Dougdeals reserves the right to deduct costs from refunds for items altered or damaged during shipping.
Shipping and Responsibility
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable for orders shipped internationally or to U.S. territories, Alaska, or Hawaii.
- Buyers are responsible for:
- International and expedited shipping costs, import fees, calibration fees, and testing fees.
- Any loss or damage during transit for shipments arranged by the buyer.
- Damage occurring during transit via Dougdeals-arranged third-party services or Dougdeals employee delivery must be noted in writing on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery.
- Failure to note damage voids Dougdeals’ ability to assist with damage claims, and the buyer must seek restitution from the shipping service.
- Customs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and all import-related costs for international shipments are the buyer's responsibility.
