Model: Aries Side Cassette
Condition: Used. This system is in good cosmetic condition with minor dust from storage, and some scuffs/scratches/residues from prior use.
The photos show the exact item(s) the buyer will receive.
Notes: This system was in use until decommissioned by the prior owner. It is in good working condition as far as we can test, except for the touchscreen. The touchscreen had something laying against it in transit, and is not responding; we had to plug a mouse and keyboard into the computer. The machine loads Windows and then the machine software without difficulty, but several errors appear, as shown. We were not able to figure out why one of the laser area scanners didn't clear, but confirmed the other scanner will "block" and "clear", and the side doors will open and close, and can be locked. We saw the peristaltic pump briefly turn when the system initialized. With an area scanner blocked, the machine would not run the magnemotion tracks. No other testing was done.

Return Authorization

Return Requests

Exclusions and Limitations
- Replacement or substitute items may be sent instead of a refund at Dougdeals’ discretion.
- Returned items must be in the same condition as when sent and include all components.

Shipping and Responsibility
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable for orders shipped internationally or to U.S. territories, Alaska, or Hawaii.

- International and expedited shipping costs, import fees, calibration fees, and testing fees.
- Any loss or damage during transit for shipments arranged by the buyer.
- Damage occurring during transit via Dougdeals-arranged third-party services or Dougdeals employee delivery must be noted in writing on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery.
- Failure to note damage voids Dougdeals’ ability to assist with damage claims, and the buyer must seek restitution from the shipping service.
- Customs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and all import-related costs for international shipments are the buyer's responsibility.
