Condition: Used. Comes in non-original packaging. This analyzer is in good overall cosmetic condition, except for the soft covering on the feet. One foot in particular is missing a lot of plastic, but the rest are a little chewed up as well.

Notes: This analyzer is in good working condition as far as we can test. We really only know what to do with the spectrum analyzer, but we found it able to tune signals from 100kHz to 6GHz, and were able to view them down to -60dBm. A bandpass filter showed its passband. We aren't sure what to do with the cellphone measurement stuff, but it showed very low levels with no antenna connected, as shown. The keyboard and knob work. The display is clear and bright. This is an older model and response to button presses is a little laggy compared to modern equipment. We used a bench power supply as we do not have the proper (REQUIRED) DC adapter - the top two pins are short to ground and the bottom two pins are short to each other, so we gave the bottom pins +15V and the analyzer fired up with no difficulties using our supply. No other testing was done.

Items can be returned for any reason within 30 days of delivery.
Buyers must notify Dougdeals in writing within this period to initiate a return.
Returns must be authorized by Dougdeals and include an assigned RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
Authorized returns must be received by Dougdeals within 21 days of return authorization.

Return Shipping and Refunds

If the return is due to seller error (e.g., wrong item sent, defects not described, inauthenticity), DougDeals will cover the return shipping costs and process a complete refund, including the original shipping charges, within two business days of receiving the returned item.
If the return is due to buyer error (e.g., wrong part ordered, compatibility issues, no longer needed, found a better price), the buyer is responsible for:
- Safe return shipping.
- Return shipping costs.
- Any loss or damage during return transit.

Exclusions and Limitations

Replacement or substitute items may be provided at Dougdeals’ discretion instead of a refund.
Returned items must be in the same condition as when sent and include all components.
There is no restocking fee, but Dougdeals reserves the right to deduct costs from refunds for altered or damaged items.
Items returned due to seller error that are found to be accurately described will have return shipping deducted from the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable for orders shipped internationally or to U.S. territories, Alaska, or Hawaii.

Shipping and Responsibility

International and expedited shipping costs, import fees, calibration fees, and testing fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
Any damage occurring during transit via Dougdeals-arranged third-party services or Dougdeals employee delivery must be noted in writing on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery. Failure to do so will result in the buyer assuming responsibility for damage claims.

Customs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and all import-related costs for international shipments are the buyer's responsibility.
