Condition: For Parts or Not Working. This press is in fair cosmetic condition. From a few feet away it looks nice, but up close you will note the paint and working deck have lots of scuffs/scratches. There are lots of small spots of adhesive label residue. A few screws are missing from the cover panels and one of the plexiglas panels is cracked. A few cover screw brackets are broken. A couple of wires are disconnected in the electronics area. One foot pad is missing. A cover panel on the back is missing, and the operator for the main disconnect switch is missing. A pressure gauge has a missing crystal. Sorry, there is no dataplate or overall make/model information on this unit!

Notes: This press is in PARTIAL working condition. We were able to verify the cylinder will raise and lower, the safety light curtains work, the finger-presence operator switches work, the e-stop works, and the power button works. The logic controller is looking for a dozen different conditions, and we were only able to satisfy about half of them. The previous owner had a specific fixture and parts they would insert, and we don't have that, so the PLC won't cycle the ram as normal by pressing the buttons. By applying air pressure manually to the red hoses that pilot the main cylinder valve, we were able to operate the cylinder manually. No other testing was done.
Please NOTE: This press is NOT 100% ready to work. You will need to sort the control logic or do something different with the valves, to make it run. Also note they were probably using this at 80 PSI, so you may need to do some plumbing revision for 250 PSI.
