Condition: Used. This system is in fair cosmetic condition with minor blemishes from prior use (scuffs/scratches/residues).  There are residues from the brown fluid the previous owner was dispensing, including on the vial holding fixtures - and some of the fixtures stick together when stacked.  There are also residues in the liquid container, fluid line, and needle, as well as a few places on the stage and the control pendant.  One of the jack screws that holds the pendant connector to the base of the machine, is missing.  The display on the pendant has some funky texture in the plastic, but this does not affect the view of the screen.  The Start button is a little sticky. 

Please NOTE: there is no overall manufacturer/model number plate anywhere on this robot, but it is visually identical to the Ocity Times F1 Automatic Filling Machine.

Notes: This system is in MOSTLY working condition.  The power button doesn't work, and has been bypassed so the system is always on when main power is applied.  The Start button sticks before popping out again.  We were able to run a dispense program left by the prior users and get all three axes to move and the nozzle to puff a little air at each vial station.  We are pretty sure the nozzle and hose are clogged, so it won't dispense until cleaned.  We turned the heaters down to 40ºC to verify function, because they were stinky as they heated to the temperatures set by the prior owner.  The keypad on the pendant responds as expected to button presses.  We measured travel using the manual motion Test screen, but we think Z may have a little more travel because it dipped lower once and hummed, and didn't dip that low again, so maybe it is a software limit - as it sits, it only wants to move 6 cm vertically.  No other testing was done.
