This hose reel and spray valve are in a NEW and UNUSED cosmetic condition with some minor damage from storage outside of the original packaging.  There are noticeable scuffs and scratches on the edges of the enclosure and there is a ding to the plastic on the spray valve (see photos).  Other than these cosmetic issues the reel and sprayer are in good shape. The photos show the exact item(s) the buyer will receive.
