This Transformer is in very good cosmetic condition with some exceptions.  The bottom plate is bent and clearly is in a USED cosmetic condition.  Although there are marks on the screws and minor scuffs to the enclosure it seems that this transformer was never mounted.  Comes in non-original packaging.
