Condition: Used. This item comes in non-original packaging.  It has scuffs, scratches, and a lot of heavy surface rust from normal use. Cosmetic appearance may vary slightly from pictured unit(s).

Notes: This item was not tested by us since we do not have the proper resources, though the spring-actuated locking tab pulls out/in easily with no problems.  The adjustment bolt also turns with no problems.  No further testing was performed. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
