Condition: Used. This lot is in good cosmetic condition. Everything looks very clean without any visible residues or wear from use. There are a couple of small scuffs on top panels. The photos show the exact item(s) the buyer will receive.

Notes: These parts are in good working condition as far as we can test. With nothing connected, we applied power and toggled through various status screens. It looks like these were either not used much and not for long, or they have never actually been put into service. Either way, these parts have been sitting since June 2014, having been made in early 2014.

The 7890B went through its starting routine and then gave a "Power on successful" message. It gave a Not Ready status, with a message "DHCP server is not responding" probably because it was not connected to anything. The run log says "No deviations found".  The Maintenance Log has 8 entries, beginning at "initialize maintenance log" on 2014 January 17. The Event Log has 71 events total, the most recent being a "power on successful" from us turning it on, and the previous event is an "Instrument Power Off" on 2014 Jun 25.

The 7697A likewise initialized to a "Power on successful" message.  The carriage inside rotated and made cool robot-dance noises for a short time and then stopped. After a few minutes, it gave a "VIAL EPC FLOW SHUTDOWN" message.  Its maintenance log is empty. The Event Log has just 13 entries, the last is when we turned it on (as with the 7890B) and the previous event is a "Vial flow shut down" on 2014 June 26.

Both the 7697A and the 7890B responded as expected to button presses. The screens were clear and bright. The autosampler never did anything as far as we could tell. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
