Specifications: This lot of 17 Venetian Millefiori African Trade Beads is from the late 19th - early 20th century. The beads are multi-colored glass in mosaic and 'chevron bead' patterns with black glass centers. The two large elbows are approximately 2-1/4 inches (57mm) long. The rest of the beads range in length from 0.8 inches (20mm) to 2-inches (50mm). They are approximately 1/2-inch (13mm) in diameter, although because of the handmade process the diameter of each one varies slightly.
