Condition: Used. Comes in non-original packaging. This unit is in good cosmetic condition aside from a few minor blemishes (see photos). There are no notable scuffs/scratches on the monitor or surrounding touch area. This unit is marked as suitable for use in hazardous The photos show the exact item(s) the buyer will receive.

Notes: We plugged it in and the computer booted to the shown Windows NT 4.0 login screen. We tried a few likely passwords but none of them were correct, so no other testing was done. It did give an error message that "at least one service or driver failed during startup" and we are not sure what this means. The touch screen did respond to touch inputs. The power supply was originally a DC input supply, but it has been converted to take regular AC input voltage. Please NOTE: the side panel that covers the connectors is missing. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
